Make sure you have true hunger before consuming, and take midday, apart from other foods, then don’t eat again until true hunger comes for the next meal. And don’t forget! Warm & Spiced!
- ¼ c water
- ¼ c whole organic milk
- black pepper
- Gently simmer water, milk & your preferred spices on lowest heat, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until 75% of original liquid remains.
- Remember, if you have Pitta, high heat or inflammatory conditions, favor cardemom, nutmeg, fennel.
- If you have Vata or Kapha conditions, go strong with heating spices like ginger, cinnamon, clove & black pepper.
