According to Ayurveda, there are 7 main constitutions (mind-body types). Each body type requires a different diet and lifestyle. Come discover why knowing your body type is such a powerful tool to improve your health, and get started on your path to radiant health.

How to recognize if you are out of balance in any of these 3
How to create balance using food, spices, seasonal and daily routines, home remedies and yoga.

Improving Women’s Health with Ayurveda
Discover how Ayurveda & Yoga help balance hormones at any age!
In this workshop you’ll learn how to use diet and lifestyle, yoga and pranayama to enhance a woman’s wellbeing and relieve symptoms of menstruation and menopause. And, we’ll tackle the #1 habit that deeply disrupts a woman’s cycle.
Learn some basic Ayurvedic tips on addressing difficulties with menstruation. Understand which diet and lifestyle create balance for women’s health concerns and hormonal cycles.
Fertility & libido
Do you know which 4 or 5 days are your fertile days? Learn to begin charting your fertility- the first step to effective natural contraception or conception.
We’ll discuss fertility from an Ayurvedic perspective and learn some tips to increase fertility and libido.
There are some very simple and effective tips that women of any age should practice to dramatically reduce common imbalances such as hot flashes, insomnia, dryness, joint and bone loss and low energy.
This workshop will be a discussion interspersed with yoga stretches and breathing exercises. Wear stretchy clothing.
It is very useful if you join the workshop the day before to get a foundational understanding of Ayurvedic principles.
